Christmas 2012

We had such a fun Christmas!

All Savannah asked Santa for this year was this jewelry set: rainbow colored bracelet & necklace.
But he brought lots more : )

New cooking supplies for her kitchen,

and puzzles!

And a note from Santa to check outside for one more gift.

A swingset!
Unfortunately it was raining & so we could just look at it.
Amongst the puzzle pieces.

Then off to the Winns for Christmas with them.

Sweet cousins!

Checking out our stockings.
 And then...it snowed!!! Crazy Texas!

The snow vs. rain allowed Savannah to try out her new playset.

She loved that she could make snow tracks.
I taught her how to make snowballs...
Daddy taught her how to throw them!
They even did a little sledding in a box on the slope in our backyard!
 Christmas in Cooper.

One of her favorite gifts was this camera...she wouldn't put it down!
And Aunt Jenny made her this pretty picture to hang in her big girl room.

Christmas Stuff

We did so many fun Christmasy things this year! We surprised Savannah with tickets to see Radio City Musical Hall's Christmas show with the Rockette's. She loved Santa & loved the dancing!

 Our little angel.
 Making baklava.

Savannah helped a little more this year : )
Jameson came to watch this year : )
She loved this toy soldier in downtown Roanoke.
 Decorating our Christmas tree.

My parent's annual Eggnog party.
We drove through the Grand Prairie Christmas Lights & did the walk-thru too.
The Dodds had a gingerbread decorating party.

Our house was built from scratch!!

We took a mini vacay at the Great Wolf Lodge. We swam at the indoor water park (which was fantastic) & at night enjoyed the Christmas decorations & activities.

 Storytime.

Showing off her brownie hands & face.

 Exploring the lodge.
 Indoor snow!!
 Meeting Rudolph.
Here Savannah is in her very own bunk bed.
 She got a balloon reindeer.
Savannah & I hosted a Christmas cookie exchange/brunch/ornament decorating party. The mommies all brought yummy brunch foods & then cookies to exchange. And Savannah & I had supplies to make Christmas ornaments. So fun with all these little ones running around!
All the yummy cookies & candies to exchange.
Baking gingerbread at Mimi's.
Christmas Eve candlelight service at The Hills.
Our little honey wanted one more pic in front of our tree!
