Christmas Festivities

We had so much fun this holiday season!!
Savannah & I went to see Frosty the Snowman at Casa (kid's theater).
We made my Grandma Winn's nuts-and-bolts. (That measuring cup has the secret ingredient : )
Savannah's elf, Candy Cane came back again this year & brought another elf for Spencer whom Savannah named Whipping Cream. (That's a cook's daughter for ya!) They repelled in from the skylight!
Savannah dressed up like a reindeer & sang some songs at chapel with her class. She was SO GOOD! Her teachers were impressed that she knew the songs as well as any of the kids when she only goes one day a week : )

Daddy did "rainbow" lights on our house this year. Of course it was a dream come true for Savannah.
My college friends came over for our annual ornament exchange, but this year we all brought our kiddos & they decorated cookies.

These two make the best gingerbread houses each year! And from scratch!

Looking at Christmas lights in Diamond Loch. Spencer got into it!
 Making gingerbread cookies.
There was a tiny bit of dough left over & Savannah insisted on rolling it paper-thin to make one more cookie...it got a little crispy : (
Those rascal elves were always doing something silly!
We even had a little surprise visit from Santa! Spencer was nervous & wouldn't let go of me.
Savannah was shy, but sat on his lap.

These kids must have been really good to have gotten a home visit from the big guy!

That Boy

A few memorable moments & cute pics of the little man.
Oct. 3, he was pulling himself up off his booty to his knees.
Oct. 12, we realized we needed to drop the crib because he could stand up in it.
Nov. 29th, we decided we couldn't wait any longer to baby-proof the cabinets.
Here is Spence's handprint bruise on my arm from his pinching phase.
He loves playing in his sister's kitchen! Lots of doors to open & close.
Uncle Corey realizing how difficult it actually is to feed babyfood to a baby who is just learning to eat.
I'm too sexy for my shirt!
 Thug life.
 Thanksgiving turkey head.

Peanuts

These are kinda random & old, but do pics of these peanuts ever really get old? : )

If you can't tell, Savannah has dressed both her & Spencer in butterfly wings.

Doughnuts while jogging: counterproductive or multitasking?
