4 Months

Oh what a happy baby hunk! This little man continues to be so chill & so happy! And possibly our most social kid yet (I know, you are thinking that's impossible.) He loves being with people (possibly because he's never been alone) & now fusses if we aren't looking at him & talking to him. Other than that, he's almost always smiling his giant smile & talking. He's babbling a lot now & laughing. His brother & sister are his best friends & they are constantly building houses of pillows around him, dressing him up in accessories or making him watch as they do tricks or read to him. He is getting grabby & constantly grabbing at faces or things on the table at dinner. He is rolling over now & loves to grab his feet & put them in his mouth-yum! He also loves to chew on his hands & still doesn't take a paci. He continues to be a great sleeper & still wants to be swaddled. He sleeps all night only waking up for one feeding & sleeps on the go wherever we are running around to. He's obviously a good eater & weighed 17 lbs, 9 oz at his last appointment & 26.5 inches long. I love to look back & see how our kiddos have compared...Sav was 17 lbs 14 oz at a YEAR & Spence was 18 lbs 7 oz at 4 months. Both hefty boys which explains why my back always hurts (at 4 months they were the size Savannah was when she was walking around-wow.) And I love how similar our boys have looked, but I think Slade might be our blondest : ) Honey, we love you to pieces! Sometimes I'm afraid Spencer is going to literally love you to pieces.
