4th of July Fish Fry

The weekend of the 4th of July, the Shaws always do a big fish fry (they actually catch all the fish for it) with a band & fireworks. We had a great time!

Savannah & J.O. sported their red, white & blue. She let her Nonna hold her most of the evening : )

I do have to add that Savannah had her first meat over the weekend. She was really upset the Saturday night we got home & kept throwing up...then threw up an entire grasshopper. Her poor little tummy didn't know what to do with a solid (it had been in there about 9 hrs we figure). She was then 100% better! Kids will be kids & I am sure it wasn't the first & won't be the last nasty thing she eats : ) Oh well!
