Halloween

We spent the early afternoon on Halloween at Boo at the Zoo. They had a whole section of the zoo marked off for games, candy, & entertainment.

Late afternoon the ladybug started trick-or-treating off at the Winns.

I think she would have rather played with toys than get candy : )

Then back to our neighborhood for more trick-or-treating. Here Bran is giving a trick-or-treating pep-talk.

Chasing her was quite a bit of work!

She took a detour through a graveyard.

...and fell.

But never let go of the candy!

A Little Pumpkin Carving

We had a few people over Friday night to carve pumpkins. Jess, Savh & I painted a Snookie pumpkin (b/c she's orange, get it?!)

Lots of pumpkin guts in the hallway.

Pumpkin Patch

We took Savh to a pumpkin patch in Grapevine for a few pics. This place was super cute with an old time tractor, corn field maze, & tons of pumpkins!

This one was just her size.

This one is in the back of an old truck with the sun setting and the corn field behind her-love it!

Then when it got dark there were tons of white lights hung all over the place.

Took a couple in our backyard as well...

At the Zoo with Gramma Shaw

Kris came in to spend the day at the zoo with us & we had a blast!

Savannah clearly loved her first merry-go-round ride!

The monkeys were a little scary up close.

The birds were not : )
