Our cart after 2 hours of shopping at the store for food for 7 people (& a baby) for 3 days : )
We spent 3 days & 3 nights at a lake house we rented on Cedar Creek Lake with some of our best friends, the Hermans. The girls loved the water!
And because the water was low, the girls got to play on the "beach".
We spent many hours lounging on the back patio.
This baby boy was quickly a favorite for both Jason & Shannon : )
The 3 girls shared a room. This meant: staying up late, jumping on beds, eating cheetos under their bed, getting into a little trouble, but mostly lots of fun. This pic was taken when we realized Savannah & Olivia had been giggling in the bathroom too long. As soon as I opened the door, my eyes started watering from the smell of bleach. They had been cleaning the walls of the bathroom with tiny bits of toilet paper & cleaner with bleach they had found under the sink. Fortunately, the only casualties were the $4 Target towels.
Sweet Audrey is going to be the best baby sitter in just a few years!
I felt like I didn't have a baby that weekend because Shannon couldn't get enough of Spencer : )
Jason & Shannon took care of the kids & Brandon & I got to cook each meal together like we did before kids-we loved it! And the Hermans loved our cooking! They happily did the dishes too & so it was a great tradeoff!
The little girls were all very impressed with Brandon's pancakes!

Shannon is a great braider & so Savannah always had pretty hair. This is the Katniss braid.
Our cute hubbies got some man-time fishing out on the dock.
And on the grill.
The s'mores were a total hit!
