Spencer is 3

This guy continues to be so much boy & so much sweetness all rolled in to one! I couldn't get many pics of him because he wouldn't be still; He was constantly jumping & kicking! And that is normal for him; jumping, kicking, climbing, throwing, pretty much any way he can exert the maximum amount of energy! He takes after his daddy and has a pretty great arm. He can throw far & throw accurately. He loves all things sports. His other favorites are airplanes (He always says "one more time up high airplane") & superheros (in particular spiderman, iron man & the hulk). He LOVES to dress up in his superhero costumes & pretend he is one. He is crazy about & crazy good at puzzles. And he loves to look at books & be read to. Puzzles & books have been a go to around here with a baby. He goes to YCW one day a week & is so proud of his nap mat. He started going to speech twice a week & is already making huge progress. But his favorite weekly activity is gymnastics. That is no surprise because of how active he is. Every time we see a curb he has to walk sideways on it & sing "sideways on the highway" from gymnastics. And I love how he calls it "nastics" : ) His best friend continues to be his sister & he has surprising adjusted pretty well to her being at kinder. I think he is enjoying his own time & space, but he is so happy to play with her when she gets home. They are sharing a room now & loving it. Especially the bunk beds as evident by their late night slumber parties! He is also crazy about his baby brother & he is very sweet with him. He loves to point out "nany sade" to people & give him a sweet little kiss. He doesn't ever seem to get annoyed or jealous of him (his sister has set an amazing example there) & he loves to hold him for a minute but then says he's too heavy : ) He is a solid eater (unless he's got too many distractions) & the best person to share Subway or pizza with bc he loves them both "all the way" (like me). He is partial to Chick-fila (brainwashed since birth on that) & pizza. If asked what he wants for breakfast he will answer pizza. At his 3 year check-up he was 36 pounds & 38.25 inches tall. It has been amazing to watch him learn this year. He may not talk as much as his sister, but he is just as smart. But more importantly, he has a generous & loving heart. He shares absolutely everything (without being asked), holds the doors open for everyone & is generous with hugs, smiles & kisses. Each one of us is so blessed by him. We love this boy!
